This is an Exciting opportunity to start your career as an Estimator or continue your Estimating career with a leading company delivering fantastic Facade solutions within the construction industry. With multiple office across the UK and Europe you will be joining a small friendly commercial team, that is on a path of growth due to success and based in modern offices within Bacup.
The Junior Estimator is involved throughout the life of the tender process, including work method selection, liaising with stakeholders such as clients, sub-contractors, joint venture partners, and internal specialists, and inputting into post-tender negotiation processes.
Working within the team you will be involved in understanding Facade productions, project risks, and cost calculations. Particular focus is given to the preparation of high-quality tender submissions, which often include developing responses to specific client questions regarding sustainability and methodology.

About You
1 - 2 years exposure to Aluminium /Glazing
2+ years Estimating experience (preferred)
Have used Excel/Microsoft software
Motivated, personable and can work well in a small team.
Live in daily commutable distance to Bacup. this role will be office based 5 days per week.
