We are currently seeking a Junior HSEQ Coordinator to join our HSEQ Department in a pivotal role supporting our customer approval process. As a Junior HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in completing customer pre-qualification questionnaires, managing supplier assessments, and supporting the maintenance and improvement of our accredited Business Management System (BMS). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality services while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in quality, environmental, or health & safety management. Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ) are advantageous.
  • 0-5 years of experience with specific experience in coordinating pre-qualification questionnaire responses.
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as regulatory requirements related to assurance and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS documentation suite.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with standards.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
