Our clients Land & New Homes division are seeking new build property professionals to help achieve their aim of being the market leader within the new homes industry across Estate Agency & Financial Services.
This client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Land Associate within their successful growing business across Kent. The purpose of the role is to increase land activity within the department by sourcing new land opportunities both on and off the market, match instructed land to developer and house builders and retain the client for residential sales within their estate agency network.
We are looking for the Land Associate to:
- Have experience in the land acquisition process within the new homes or estate agency sector.
- Have strong understanding of both the land sale and the acquisition process.
- Know up to date current market opportunities/trends/Competitor activity and have good knowledge of the geographical area.
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team, with the ability to react to the ever-changing industry.
