Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of our clients and we are requiring a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to step up into a Managing Quantity Surveyor role. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading high end building construction organisation for the county as well as for most of the South of England. They have an office within London, but this role will be based out of their Berkshire office. Their traditional ethos and expert craftsmanship has built a reputation for high class refurbishments and renovations of country homes, as well as period town houses and listed properties. The company also constructs bespoke new houses for private clients, both contemporary and traditional in style.

With a turnover of £60M per year they are growing year on year in their history spanning over 60 years, this is a very strong time in their history to be joining them. You will be leading the Quantity Surveying team for their traditional works department, managing a small team of QS,s.

About you

I am looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have 3-5 years’ experience and looking to take the next step in your career, and become a Managing Quantity Surveyor. The position is permanent and you do not need to be in a senior position, but have new build, refurb experience, to be considered.
 
You will be commutable daily to Basingstoke - Hampshire.

The projects will be high end, one off new build and refurb developments, on smaller works £1M - £3M.
 
You must be hungry, have drive and be confident with speaking directly with end clients, whilst managing a small team of QS, s.

Package

Package will be £65k - £70k plus car or allowance and package
