Job Overview and Importance

We are seeking a dedicated Marine & Security professional to join our client’s team. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a group of vessels. The successful candidate will manage daily marine operations, oversee cargo handling, and ensure compliance with international regulations. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of safety and operational excellence that our client is known for.

Requirements:

• Master Mariner Certificate of Competency.

• Sailing experience as a Master or Chief Officer on LPG/Ethylene/Ethane vessels.

• Technologically driven, comfortable in a digital environment.

• Ability to travel at short notice and manage a 24/7 on-call lifestyle.

• Strong team orientation and ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
