As Marine Superintendent – Heavy Lift / MPP, you will play a critical role in supporting vessel operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance across the fleet. Acting as the key link between shore management and vessel teams, you will provide operational guidance to Masters and crews, oversee marine visits and inspections, conduct audits and investigations, and champion best practice in navigation and cargo operations. The position is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the continuous enhancement of quality, environmental, and safety standards throughout the fleet.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous seagoing experience in a command position for a minimum of two years, with strong operational knowledge of Heavy Lift and Multi-Purpose vessels.
  • Thorough understanding of international maritime regulations, industry guidelines, and vessel management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management within a ship management environment.
  • Proven expertise in marine inspections, vessel performance monitoring, and supporting third-party inspections and vetting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a high standard of written and spoken English.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on fleet performance while joining a highly regarded organisation at the forefront of ship management.
