This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to operational excellence, safety, and the highest standards of maritime performance. With an exceptional track record in overseeing complex fleets and maintaining world-class management systems, our partner offers an environment where marine professionals can significantly influence vessel standards, support seafarers, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse wet fleet.
This Marine Superintendent (WET) position is a critical shoreside role responsible for ensuring that vessels operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations. Acting as a key link between ship and shore, the Superintendent will support Masters and crews, implement the company’s management systems, and uphold rigorous quality, safety, environmental, and navigational standards. The role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and a proactive approach to risk, audit, and performance management. Based in Singapore, one of the world’s leading maritime hubs, the successful candidate will contribute directly to the reliability of the fleet, the satisfaction of global customers, and the readiness of vessels for third-party inspections at any time. This is an opportunity for a seasoned marine professional to make a measurable impact on fleet operations while driving the culture of excellence that defines our partner’s organisation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum two years of seagoing experience in command, with proven background in wet fleet operations (LPG/LNG/Oil Tanker).
- Strong working knowledge of international maritime regulations, industry guidelines, and vessel operational practices, particularly for wet cargo vessels.
- Demonstrated competency in internal auditing, incident investigation, and risk management, with hands-on experience in marine inspections and safety oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments, supporting Masters and crews while maintaining a high standard of reporting and follow-up.
- Fluent command of the English language, with the professionalism and confidence required to represent the company during inspections, interviews, training sessions, and customer interactions.
If you are an experienced marine professional looking to take the next step in a dynamic Singapore-based role, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected organisation committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
