This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to work autonomously in the field, and a practical understanding of vessel and cargo operations.

The requirements for this role are:

  • Fluency in Mandarin, with strong written and spoken English
  • A minimum of six months’ experience as a Marine Surveyor
  • Maritime background, ideally deck or marine engineering
  • Nautical or marine engineering education, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage time-critical assignments
  • Strong analytical, inspection, and reporting skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work

The organisation offers a stable, long-term opportunity within a respected maritime surveying group, supported by structured training, ongoing professional development, and exposure to a wide range of operational survey assignments within the international shipping sector.
