Mechanical Project Manager
Reading - Covering Thames Valley
Consortio Recruitment Group have partnered with our client who are a successful growing Mechanical design and installation company delivering commercial air conditioning solutions for the commercial office CAT A & CAT B fit-out sector. As a specialist Air conditioning system, air handling, ventilation and heating company, we are looking for a experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join them in covering the Thames Valley area.
This is a great time to join our client, in a fantastic growth period in their history. The have a structured 10-year business plan in place and repeat business already in place.
The Project
We require a Mechanical Project Manager to join a project in Reading which will run until April 2025 and an extension to this project in a next door building after this time. The first project is an ex-Microsoft building being refurbed and is roughly 40,000 square foot and enabling works.
About you
- Based in Thames valley area.
- Experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC Building Services) who can hit the ground running.
- Experience with Air conditioning and plumbing is attractive
- Someone who is looking to build a career with our client.
Salary /Package
- £75,000Travel expenses
- Laptop, tablet supplied, phone
- 20 days holiday and Christmas shut down paid. Does not come out of your holiday.
- Need your own vehicleThis is a PAYE permanent position
