This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nautical Superintendent to join the Fleet Management team in Bremen and take responsibility for the marine and operational performance of LPG Gas Carriers. The role is central to ensuring vessels maintain exceptional standards of safety, navigation, cargo operations, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with Masters, senior officers, and key maritime stakeholders, you will support continuous improvement across the fleet while ensuring vessels are fully prepared for inspections, audits, and operational challenges.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Master Mariner Certificate of Competency with extensive seagoing experience.
  • Command experience onboard LPG, LNG, or other Gas Carriers.
  • Previous experience as a Nautical Superintendent or Marine Superintendent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OCIMF requirements, SIRE inspections, vetting processes, ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and marine compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluent English required; German language skills would be advantageous.
