Consortio have partnered with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg. They have 40 years’ experience in the shipping business and are currently expanding. They offer many different services within the shipping and maritime sector and are extremely focused on offering brilliant guest satisfaction ratings. Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring an Pastry Chef.
As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for Working in accordance with the specified written or verbal instructions given and the duties assigned by his/her superior, Responsible for the preparation of dishes at his/her assigned station and assisting wherever helps is required.
To be eligible for this role you need to:
- Qualified training (diploma) as a Pastry Chef.
- Minimum relevant job experience 3 years, in a bakery, a hotel or restaurant or (ideally) onboard a cruise ship
- Fluent in spoken English and/or German, depending on the vessel
- Good educational background
- Cost and quality awareness; able to work on his/her own initiative as well as under pressure
- Minimum Age 21 years old
