As part of this partnership, we are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex yacht refit and service projects based in Antibes. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full lifecycle of refit operations — from initial planning and cost estimation through execution, quality assurance, and final handover — ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, organisational capability, and strong stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of shipyard operations, refit procedures, and onboard systems, combined with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and communicate effectively with owners, captains, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the yachting or shipyard industry.
• Strong knowledge of refit and service operations, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
• Based in Antibes, with full EU working rights.
