Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of our construction clients, who are a Tier 1 new home developers. A fantastic opportunity to work with one with an award winning Tier 1 developer with a turnover of £1.2B annually.
What we are looking for is a Quantity Surveyor to work on a new prestigious new residential project in Angmering -West Sussex, consisting of 380 units of 2-4 bedroom houses and 3 storey town houses. The project is in the early stages. The project will be running into 2028/2029 with more phases after this.
What we are looking for is a Quantity Surveyor who has a minimum of 4 years experience in residential schemes and this does not have to be with a Tier 1 developer, you could of worked for a smaller developer, but the residential experience is a must. This would suit a QS who maybe is around 1-2 years of becoming a Senior QS, but a Senior QS will not be ruled out, for this role.

- Can command and run your own sites
- 4 years minimum in residential, as a QS
- Surveying degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge of standard forms of contract
- Working knowledge of current Building Regulations and current NHBC standards
Salary /Package
- Starting salary around £50-£58k
- Car allowance (£6.5k)
- Annual bonus (up to 22%)
