Sales Support Officer

About the Role

As Sales Support Officer, you're the operational backbone of the commercial team. You manage quotations, track orders, align timelines across departments, and ensure every deal moves forward smoothly. You're in constant coordination with internal teams and international clients to get the right result — on time, every time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing quotations and processing order confirmations
• Managing the full order process from intake to delivery
• Coordinating timelines between production, purchasing, and logistics
• Communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Organizing transport and tracking shipments globally
• Handling incoming calls and welcoming office visitors
• Supporting sales managers with both administrative and commercial tasks

Your profile:

• MBO-level education, preferably in administration or commerce
• Some relevant experience in a commercial or technical support role (internship or junior role is fine)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable with modern office software and ERP systems
• Accurate, organised, and proactive in following up tasks
