As the Senior Accounting Supervisor, the chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the department manager, playing a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of their accounting department. Responsibilities will range from ensuring compliance with accounting standards and governmental regulations to refining their financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field, coupled with ACCA/ACA finalist/qualified status.
  • 7 years or more of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership prowess, demonstrated through successful team management and development.
