We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Officer to join the shipboard Hotel department. This vital role involves managing IT support for onboard users and infrastructure, ensuring the maximum availability of IT systems while continuously enhancing end-user service. The Senior IT Officer will provide mentoring to IT Officers and represent onboard IT at a senior level,ensuring seamless operation and support.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing service desks and providing 1st and 2nd line IT support for endpoint devices such as PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
• Proficiency in supporting ship-specific systems including Fidelio SPMS, Micros, AMOS, and OCS.Strong ability to support third-party guest-facing services and equipment such as Wi-Fi systems and IPTV.
• Expertise in performing regular maintenance and standardizing hardware and software configurations.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to conduct training workshops and provide technical support to guests.
