Are you looking for your next move into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role that helps make a real difference? We are currently looking for a number of people to join my client and contribute to the continued growth within the construction industry. My client is a leading family-owned construction contractor who has maintained their roots of family values in the workplace. With a turnover of £100,000,000 per year, they have continued to grow year on year and are bringing on Senior Quantity Surveyors due to this continued growth.
These roles will be to manage the delivery of construction projects that provide tailored solutions for clients from a diverse range of market sectors including Schools, RAF Bases, Universities through to waste recycling, and never the standard same projects. The range of projects is from £500k to £15m.
The role suits candidates with experience with managing a full project cycle from pre all the way through to post-contract, come from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor with excellent commercial experience on construction projects. Communication skills to bring differing views together throughout the projects. You will be joining a fantastic team with senior management who have brought on the company for over a decade.
