Who we are
Access Talent Group and Consortio Recruitment Group are two of four brands that make up a successful group of recruitment businesses. Owned by two Recruitment Directors who founded the group 10 years ago, we have organically grown to a team of 55 and continue to scale up, and we are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specifically to support the growth of our UK team with Oil & Gas, Energy and Renewables roles.
Our Clients are varied, from major water companies and global engineering giants, alongside the biggest Oil company in the world, through to smaller, niche firms offering specialist engineering and consultancy service to their respective markets. Our business is not only UK based (we have clients from North-East Scotland to South-West England) but also has a hub in Abu Dhabi to focus on the vibrant Middle Eastern market, and a Dublin office working on the large Engineering Consultancy and Construction markets across Ireland.
The job
Our Access Talent UK team is growing and we need to find a talented 360 Senior Consultant to join the business and expand the client base within our O&G, Energy and Renewables team, alongside using key accounts as a solid foundation for this. This will be a 360 desk and certainly although warm, requires development so cold calling is still a part of the job everyday.
What experience do you need?
The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a recruitment consultant in a 360 environment.
Experience in either Oil & Gas, Energy or Renewables and it would be advantageous if you have worked in a technical recruitment environment before, however we welcome applicants from all industries as we provide extensive training.

The role is based in our HQ in Southampton.
This is a 360 role, so you are expected to do BD, Account Management and Delivery.
