As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our super prime residential project in South West London. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

You will be expected to be independent in this role, so you must have the experience to prove you’re capable.

You should have:

• 10 years minimum experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing super prime residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
