Senior Technical Superintendent

Due to recent expansion within their fleet, they are currently on the lookout for a Senior Technical Superintendent for their Dry fleet. You will be responsible for leading an on-shore and off-shore team to deliver high quality, innovative and sustainable solutions to customers with complete responsibility for the safe management of your assigned vessels. Furthermore, you will be expected to offer guidance for new employees and be part of their onboarding and integration into the company. In addition to this you will need to keep 100% compliance with IMO, Flag State and Port State rules.
 

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
 

• Have sailed for a Chief Engineer for a minimum of 6 months on board Bulk Carriers.
   
•  Have 3 + years’ experience as a Technical Superintendent.
   
•  Be fluent in English – both verbal and written.
