We're currently seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager/Agent to join our dynamic team

Ideal candidates will have a background as a Section Engineer or experience in overseeing smaller sites, ready to step up into a Site Manager position. Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• Proven track record of site management
• Competence in working within the marine environment
• Ability to develop method statements, risk assessments, and construction phase plans
• Familiarity with contracts such as NEC or ICE Small works form
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and overseeing all projects
• Maintaining site progress, scheduling, and financial records
• Leading, managing, motivating, and mentoring project personnel
• Implementing designated Engineering, Planning, and Control processes
• Actively pursuing excellence on site and suggesting process improvements
