Consortio Recruitment Group have partnered with one of clients who are a specialist, principle contractor. With an innovating team in place, We are requiring a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is a medium sized construction contractor specialising in the commercial sector, and have been established for 15 years. They have a fantastic business model in place and have grown steadily over the last 5 years. What we are are looking for is an Experienced Site Manager who can deliver on the Car Dealership new builds and Refurbs / upgrades.

With continued repeat business in motor retail industry, healthcare and commercial industrial projects, these Projects value in the range of 1M to 5M in value. Their ultimate goal is to deliver projects on time, on budget in a safe and environmentally aware manner. They pride themselves on carrying out repeat business with both clients and suppliers on a regular basis.

About you / the role

• Experienced in civil, steel frame, cladding, commercial and industrial projects
• Working on projects from Southampton up to Bristol.
• Car Dealership construction projects.
• The ideal person would have experience working on a Car Dealership project.
