Sole Chef - 45m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking an exceptional Sole Chef to join a 45m+ motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. The owners are passionate about food and want to be wowed every time they sit down to eat, making this an ideal opportunity for a chef with a strong fine-dining background, outstanding presentation skills and a real flair for creating memorable culinary experiences.
The Package
- Salary: $12,000 per month
- Leave: 40 days
- Programme: Private and charter
- Winter: Caribbean, with charters starting in December
- Summer: Likely Mediterranean, with plans to be confirmed
The Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining, ideally within Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end establishments
- Exceptional food presentation and a creative approach to menu development
- Ability to deliver consistently high-quality, restaurant-standard cuisine
- Confident catering for both owners and guests, adapting menus to individual preferences
- Comfortable hosting outdoor dining experiences, including guest BBQs on the sundeck
- Organised, professional and capable of running a well-equipped galley to restaurant standards
- Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa, where required
