As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our LNG fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with industry regulations, and the highest standards of safety. Your primary duties will include:

Technical Oversight: Manage and supervise all technical aspects of LNG carriers, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry standards.

Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize vessel performance and reliability, minimizing downtime.

Budget Management: Monitor and control technical budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of maritime regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements, ensuring the fleet's adherence to the latest standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Technical Manager for LNG carriers.
• In-depth knowledge of LNG carrier operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a technical team.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in LNG carrier technology and industry best practices.
