Our client is a ship management company based in the USA. They offer a range of technical and commercial services to their clients. With contracts in place with the US government meaning a steady flow of business with limited impact from the global economy.
They require a Technical Superintendent to join their team over at their Singapore branch. Their ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, provided 100% support from the company while also being allowed 100% control over their work. This role requires you to manage a singular vessel and occasionally take responsibility of a second vessel when there is any absence of a team member.
To be suitable for this role you will:
- Be a strong and confident communicator who is happy to oversee American crews
- .Be already located in a country in Asia with zero requirement on our client to provide a visa.
- Sailed as a Chief Engineer.Shore based experience as a Technical Superintendent.
- Experience with Heavy Lift vessels preferable.
