In line with their ongoing success and recent fleet expansions, they are seeking a dedicated Training Superintendent to join their Mumbai training facility.
As the Training Superintendent, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring seafarers, utilizing your own experiences and knowledge to modify and develop courses. Your primary responsibility will be delivering engaging courses, commanding the room with effective communication and people skills. You will maintain a schedule of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Master on Tankers is essential, with LNG and LPG experience considered a significant advantage.
- Passion for training, coupled with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Indian nationality and experience training seafarers on board are preferred qualifications.
