We are seeking an experienced Yacht Broker to join the team in Monaco or London. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through yacht selection and purchase. Working with high-net-worth individuals, the Yacht Broker will lead sales processes from inquiry to deal closure, collaborating with internal teams for seamless transactions. The role involves identifying suitable yachts, negotiating contracts, and promoting services at industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven Yacht Broker experience with successful sales track record.
• In-depth knowledge of yacht types, market trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
