As part of this expansion, our client is seeking to build a strong team of Yacht Retail Brokers who will represent their brand in one of the most competitive and prestigious yacht sales markets in the world. As a Yacht Retail Broker, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of yacht sales, from sourcing opportunities and developing leads through to negotiating contracts and closing deals. This role demands a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with the expectation that you will cultivate and maintain relationships with UHNW clients, shipyards, and industry stakeholders. A key element of success will be your ability to advise clients with professionalism and discretion, ensuring that their purchase or sale experience reflects the highest standards of the industry.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Have proven experience as a Yacht Retail / Sales Broker with a track record of closing yacht transactions
• Possess strong knowledge of the international yacht sales market and industry trends
• Be fluent in English, with additional languages considered highly advantageous
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Be commercially driven, results-focused, and entrepreneurial in approach
• Be eager to play a key role in shaping a new Monaco office and promoting a culture of openness and collaboration
• Be based within a commuateble distance to Monaco
