Consortio are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and respected name in the luxury yachting sector as they prepare to open a brand-new office in Monaco. As part of this exciting expansion, our client is looking to build a dedicated team of Yacht Charter Brokers who will represent their brand in one of the world’s most prestigious yachting hubs. With collaboration and transparency at the heart of their culture, finding the right individuals to foster a positive and team-oriented environment is a key priority.
As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will take responsibility for managing the full charter process from enquiry through to completion, ensuring every detail of the client experience is flawlessly delivered. This will involve building and nurturing relationships with UHNW clients, designing bespoke itineraries across the world’s most exclusive cruising grounds, and negotiating contracts that balance client expectations with operational realities. Beyond servicing existing clients, you will be expected to generate new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and an in-depth knowledge of the luxury charter market.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Have proven experience as a Yacht Charter Broker with an established client base or strong network within the yachting industry
- Possess excellent knowledge of the global charter market and current industry trends
- Be fluent in English, with additional languages considered highly advantageous
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Be commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to perform in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- Be eager to play a key role in shaping a new office and building a collaborative team culture
- Be based within a commuateble distance to Monaco
