Civil Engineering Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Civil Engineering recruitment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the industry. Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as Head Hunting, Internal Database,  Job boards, Social media, and Networking events

- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process

- Work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and assist in matching candidates to suitable job opportunities

- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and clients, providing feedback and support to both parties

- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns to attract top talent within the Civil Engineering industry

- Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to candidates and clients
