Consortio are currently seeking to hire either an experienced recruiter or a trainee to bring into its Marine team to support on hiring in the defence sector. The defence sector has specific regulations, security clearances, and unique challenges and as its leading consultant you should have a solid understanding of these aspects and keep yourself up to date with industry developments. This knowledge is crucial for effective recruitment in the defence sector. This will be suited to individuals who have exceptional communication skills able to build strong relationships. An interest in defence sector would be an advantage if you are to succeed in this market.

Our business pays basic salaries between £19,000 and £35,000 depending on rank and level of experience. Everyone earns commission on top of this which means the lowest earners in the business take home around £26,000 a year and our highest earners are taking more than £100k home a year. It all depends on personal sales performance.
