Commercial Manager

Our client is a well-established offshore maritime business operating across the Middle East, providing a wide range of vessel solutions to oil majors, government entities, EPC contractors, and offshore operators. With a strong reputation in the sector and a diverse fleet supporting offshore operations, the business continues to expand its regional footprint and strengthen its commercial capabilities.
 

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead all commercial functions across the business, driving tendering activity, contract management, pricing strategy, chartering support, client negotiations, and revenue growth. This is a senior-level position suited to someone with strong offshore maritime expertise who can identify new business opportunities, manage commercial risk, and build lasting client relationships within the offshore sector.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• 5–7+ years’ experience in offshore maritime commercial, chartering, tendering, or related roles
   
• Strong knowledge of offshore vessel operations including DP vessels, patrol boats, security vessels, AHTS, PSV, crew boats, OSVs, workboats, and utility vessels
   
• Experience working with oil majors, EPC contractors, government entities, and offshore clients
   
• Strong understanding of charter party agreements, marine contracts, and commercial risk management
   
• Ability to lead offshore tender submissions, commercial proposals, and bid negotiations
   
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
