Senior Tanker Broker (Team Lead)

An experienced Tanker Broker is required to lead and develop a successful broking team while managing an established portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, securing new business, and mentoring junior brokers. This position is suited to someone who is commercially driven, enjoys building lasting relationships, and is looking to take the next step into a leadership role.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Tanker Broker.
   
• Established cargo connections and an active client network.
   
• Proven ability to generate profitable fixtures.
   
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
   
• Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
   
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
