Corporate Hotel Operations Manager

Consortio have partnered with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg. They have 40 years’ experience in the shipping business and are currently expanding. They offer many different services within the shipping and maritime sector and are extremely focused on offering brilliant guest satisfaction ratings. Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring a Hotel Operations Specialist.

As a Hotel Operations specialist you will be maintaining all designated hotel operational as assigned by the Hotel Operations Manager. You will be creating and reviewing hotel operations budgets and controlling all inventory reports. Plus you will provide support to the respective hotel sectors in the event of urgent operational matters.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Five years’ experience in hotel operations in a managerial capacity on a cruise ship or ashore.
• Profound knowledge of ISO and HACCP.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Right to live and work in Germany.
