Our client is a ship owner based in Hamburg and has grown to become one of the largest feeder carriers in the world with their vessels travelling through all major ports. As an independent carrier they provide transportation services to container ship operators and not to proprietary cargo interests or the general public. They have been very successful over the years, and as a result are looking to enhance their ability to continue to provide excellent customer service. With expansion set to continue they require a Customer Service Representative to for their office in Hamburg.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete tasks such as ensuring bookings and load lists are completed within deadlines. Other duties will involve coordinating with other with teams within operations to ensure that information has been accurately recorded on to the internal system.
Successful candidates will have:
- Comfortable with working 40 hours a week.
- Happy to work in a team.Be I.T literate.
- Have excellent communication skills verbally and in writing in English.
- Ability to also communicate well in German would be advantageous.
