We are a leading recruitment supplier in the engineering market, looking to add to our already very successful team. We cover all aspects of recruitment from high end Director level headhunting, to fast paced temp/contract recruitment and our 3 stage interview process will work out exactly where you’ll excel, based on your individual character. Our target markets are very strategically placed so you can be rest assured you’ll be heading into an already very warm desk, or starting the foundations of a red hot sector with years of growth prospects ahead of you.
Right now looking to hire either an experienced or trainee recruiter into our Data Centre team which, with a bit of research, you’ll see is about as hot as an opportunity could be right now in recruitment! We cover the design, build and day to day operations of all size of data centres in roughly 20 destinations around the world which gives you a scope of the size of the opportunity on offer.
Client relationships are very much at the forefront of our ethos and have been from 2015 when we started. What does this mean for you as a recruitment consultant? We go and meet our clients in these locations, so that we’re more than just a voice on the phone and so that we can build long standing relationships you can build a career on. To work in this environment you need to be a highly polished individual with excellent communication skills and a general motivation to jump in to this data centre world full throttle as that what it will take to be successful.
To be suitable for this role as a trainee you’ll need to hold the following attributes to thrive in this high paced/high pressurized/highly rewarding world of recruitment:
Positive and outward going person.Highly inquisitive (naturally nosy people tend to thrive best).Strong interest in people and basic psychology.Polished and articulate speaker.Target focused.Confident and assertive.Able to deal with rejection (you will be making sales calls and can’t always expect a positive outcome).
You get a basic salary and everyone earns commission on top of this so our lowest earners will come in at £27,000 and the high earners are taking north of £100,000 a year consistently. We’ve had trainee’s come in and hit the ground running earning £40,000 in their first year which shows that if you’re the right person, with the right attitude, you can rapidly change your financial situation in this role.
We run Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales incentives from meals out with the team, to high achiever trips to Miami and Dubai that we run every year. (Instagram gives you a flavour)
