A unique, exclusive opportunity has come forward for an experienced Yacht Charter Broker to spearhead the growth of the company’s chartering department in their brand new office. This is a role unlike no other as you’ll be given complete authority to grow this part of the business in the way that you see fit. If you’ve ever considered starting up your own business or are currently running a successful, independent company, this would be an excellent opportunity to blend your skills and ambition with the resources that our client can offer.

Sitting directly below the company’s Managing Director, this role completely side-steps man-management and instead focuses on giving you full control over the development of the chartering department; setting your own targets and later down the line, hiring your own team to support you. This role will be best suited to an entrepreneurially minded individual who has a passion for sales and an enthusiasm towards networking and driving new business, but importantly somebody that can also both manage and strengthen the existing business relationships. As an excellent communicator, you will speak English together with at least one other language and will already have a strong network in the luxury yachting industry. You will be expected to be active in developing new relationships, travelling to various shows and industry networking events to cement and grow business which the company will fully cover you for.

For this role, you will:

  • Have worked as a Charter Broker or Charter Manager for a minimum of 3 years

  • Have an extensive network within the luxury yacht industry

  • Possess excellent knowledge of the superyacht market

  • Feel comfortable and confident liaising with UHNWI

  • Be fluent in English and at least one other language

  • Have the right to live and work in the EU

On offer is a platform that will provide the tools for an established professional to take a huge leap forward in his / her career. Whilst the remuneration package is extremely competitive and shares in the company profits feature as part of the package, the real appeal to this role comes in the form of having a full, autonomous license to develop the business in your own unique way.
