Our client is an all-domain defense provider that works to deliver the worlds most powerful ships and all domain solutions through mission technologies. The company has 135 years of history within the industry and are defining and building the next generation of smart defense and intelligence systems. Due to a high demand of work out client is looking to expand their team with a Field Technician. 

 

As a Field Technician you will be assisting customers through the delivery of repair, maintenance and all customer support functions. You will be expected to conduct testing procedures utilizing measurement instruments and computer test programs for vehicle or products. Furthermore, you will be expected to work in the field unsupervised after training travelling as required for up to 4 weeks at a time. You will be responsible for pre-mission tasks as well as post mission data download and analysis.

 

To be eligible for this role you will need:

  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Nautical charts, Marine Navigation, and basic seamanship skills.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
  • Intermediate electronics training. Strong understanding of mathematical applications.
