Key Requirements 

-Graduate status (or due to graduate by Summer 2026) in a relevant field (Engineering, Technology, or Business-related disciplines).

-A strong desire to work in the offshore energy or subsea technology sectors.

-Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the motivation to take ownership of your professional development.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in diverse teams.

-Willingness to be geographically flexible to take advantage of rotation opportunities within the business.
