Head of Business Performance

Our client provides holistic hospitality services and consultancy that is consistently evolving to meet the demand of the hospitality market. They provide services in a variety of marine sectors aiding in hospitality services across the board. Due to a new vacancy opening they are looking to hire a Head of Business Performance.

As The Head of Business Performance you will be overseeing the improvement of overall strategic business performance. You will be the main person of contact for owners in regard to any commercial related matters. Develops efficient systems for gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data in collaboration with our commercial team.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in management experience.
• Strong data management, analysis skills and initiative management skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Appropriate level of commercial awareness.
• Very good leadership, controlling, communication and presentation skills.
