Consortio is proud to be working in partnership with a globally recognised, market-leading manufacturer operating at scale across multiple high-value production sites in the South West of England. This well-established and investor-backed organisation is renowned for engineering excellence, premium craftsmanship, and continued investment in its people, facilities, and long-term infrastructure strategy. As part of ongoing expansion and organisational development, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Facilities to join their senior leadership team.

This role holds full strategic and operational responsibility for facilities management across six major sites, supporting complex manufacturing operations and future growth plans. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and finance, the Head of Facilities will set direction across compliance, asset performance, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity, long-term estate planning, and the effective coordination of people, plant, and external contractors within a highly regulated environment.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior facilities or estates management role within a complex operational environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, utilities, and industrial machinery
  • Proven experience leading multi-site facilities operations and managing third-party contractors
  • Demonstrable understanding of health, safety, environmental, and statutory compliance frameworks
  • Confident senior stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at executive and board level
  • Strategic mindset with a clear focus on continuous improvement and long-term asset planning

This is an unmissable opportunity to step into a senior, business-critical role within a globally respected organisation undergoing continued growth and investment. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive package, on-site working, company car, on-site parking, and an attractive 4.5-day working week, alongside the opportunity to shape facilities strategy at scale. If you believe your experience aligns with this role, Consortio invites you to submit your CV for confidential consideration.
