As the Head of Marine & Specialty Lines, you will be responsible for defining and executing the underwriting strategy for Marine and Specialty portfolios. You will lead a team of experienced underwriters, manage portfolio performance, and drive profitable growth through disciplined underwriting, strong broker relationships, and sound risk management. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of complex insurance products across marine and specialty sectors.

The requirements for this role are:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marine and/or Specialty insurance.
• Proven leadership experience in underwriting and portfolio management.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine and specialty products.
• Track record of delivering profitable growth and maintaining underwriting discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
