The position will also involve contract negotiation, financial oversight, and regular international travel to support business growth and project delivery.
The requirements for this role are:
- Extensive experience within the offshore wind or wider renewable energy sector
- Strong background in business development and identifying investment opportunities
- Proven ability to manage projects commercially from concept through to execution
- Experience developing and presenting commercial proposals and strategic plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Experience working across international markets and with global teams
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contracts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate independently in a dynamic environment
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at a pivotal stage of growth within the offshore wind sector. The role offers a competitive salary, international exposure, and strong long-term career progression within a global business committed to sustainability and innovation.
