We are seeking a seasoned Administrator to join our clients Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the team's objectives and targets through efficient administrative and project assistance. This involves managing health and safety data, compiling reports, coordinating meetings, organizing compliance training, facilitating wellbeing initiatives, overseeing IT systems, and enhancing team communications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and project support to ensure the smooth functioning of the HSW team.
  • Manage various software systems for data management.
  • Handle filing, archiving, and documentation tasks.
  • Analyze health and safety data to identify trends, propose changes, and provide management information.
  • Prepare reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate team activities and track progress against objectives.Schedule meetings and record minutes.
  • Organize mandatory health and safety training.Assist in maintaining the HSW learning management system.
  • Disseminate communications to the organization.
  • Conduct HSW induction for new hires.Coordinate safety engagement visits with senior leadership.
  • Support safety projects and initiatives.Create presentation materials using data from diverse sources.
  • Evaluate supplier products/services related to health, safety, and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

  • A Level standard education or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in meeting support and minute-taking.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Previous high-level administration experience.
  • Collaborative team player with the capacity for independent work.
  • Familiarity with safety qualifications such as IOSH Working Safely or IOSH Managing Safely (or preparedness to obtain).
