We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join this rapidly expanding team and support the overall HR function. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Requirements:

• Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations with the ability to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
