We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join a small, agile UK-based team. This role is crucial as the product moves from concept to delivery, providing the opportunity to influence the design and functionality of a high-impact, mission-critical system from day one. Candidates will be expected to lead in one of three core engineering areas—Requirements Engineering, MBSE System Design, or Software Engineering—while contributing across disciplines as needed.

Key Requirements for this role:

• Experience working in an MBSE environment, ideally using SysML in SparxEA

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in naval, defence, or similarly complex systems environments

• Eligibility for relevant UK security clearance and willingness to travel

• Proven ability to deliver engineering projects on time and in line with system-level requirements
