As a Marine Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the safe and efficient operations of the maritime fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, optimizing vessel performance, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. This is a hybrid working position, providing the flexibility of working both remotely and at one of the UK office locations.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in ship management and marine operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years sailing experience, experience as a Chief Officer is preferred.
  • Sailing experience on Ro-Ro vessels or Ferries.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Marine Superintendent or Marine Superintendent.
  • Diplomatic leadership skills.
  • The right to work in the UK.
