They are seeking a Marine Superintendent to join their London operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing marine operations across the fleet, ensuring safe and efficient cargo handling, regulatory compliance, and effective vessel management. The role includes working closely with vessel masters and senior officers, supporting shore-based operations, coordinating inspections, and implementing company policies and industry best practices.

The requirements for this role are:

  • Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Mate holding a Master’s Mariner licence

  • At least 2 years’ sea service on LPG tanker vessels, preferably in a senior officer role

  • 1–2 years’ shore-based experience in marine operations or as a superintendent (preferred)

  • Thorough knowledge of LPG cargo systems and gas carrier operations

  • Strong understanding of maritime regulations including SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, IGC Code, and OCIMF/SIGTTO guidelines

  • Experience with vetting inspections (SIRE/CDI) and terminal inspections
