Our client is a leading maritime organisation operating within the global shipping industry, committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence across its fleet. They are seeking an experienced maritime professional to join their team in a shore-based HSEQ role.
 

The HSEQ Superintendent will be responsible for supporting the safe and compliant operation of the company’s vessels, working closely with fleet teams to oversee safety, quality, and environmental performance. The role will involve supporting audits, reviewing vessel performance, managing incident investigations, assisting with risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

  • Minimum 24 months sailing experience as Chief Officer onboard Tankers
     
  • Master Mariner License
     
  • Shore-based maritime experience preferred but not essential
     
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ processes, ISM requirements, audits, and vessel operations
     
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
     
  • Fluency in English.
