The company is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to direct and optimise the operational performance of its dry bulk fleet. The successful candidate will oversee daily vessel operations, coordinate closely with commercial and technical teams, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires in-depth operational expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage and inspire a multinational team.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Minimum five years’ experience in dry bulk shipping operations
   
• Proven track record in managing fleet operations and liaising with commercial and technical departments
   
• Comprehensive understanding of maritime safety, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
   
• Experience leading and motivating multinational teams
   
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities
   
• Professional-level communication skills in English
   
• Familiarity with operational management software and reporting tools used in shipping operations
